CIREIA Club - 2026 Mentorship CoHort presented by Elizabeth Butler - Thrive Series (April 13, 2026)

A coaching and mentorship program designed by CIREIA Club presented by Elizabeth Butler (and friends). This program has been developed to help investors who have started down the path of their REI journey, but are looking for a kickstart to get into alignment with their goals. It will be work, there will be huge gains, and there will likely be pain points that we will help you work through. The 2026 Mentorship CoHort Session is a 6-month intensive meant to shake up your old excuses and get over those barriers that are holding you back from your REI success story!

Our Commitment to You::

- 6 months of cohort mentorship with Elizabeth Butler (and guests as necessary to provide appropriate resources for the CoHort Session needs)

- Monthly: 2nd Mondays evening in-person CoHort Session meetings

- Weekly: virtual group end-of week calls

- Ad hoc: CoHort Session Meetups as necessary and real-time feedback with Elizabeth via phone as scheduling allows

Your Commitment to the CoHort:

- Complete the Cohort Homework to ensure continuation of support and preparation

- Your personalized elevator pitch (what you've got so far is a start)

- Your preferred "flavor of real estate" (pick 1 area of focus for now)

- Your personal and professional goals for the next 6 months (what does it look like in the future if everything goes to plan starting TODAY?)

- Your signature on a Contractual Agreement - that you understand your obligations, rights, and that this is an informational coaching/mentorship and does not replace your need to have professional legal and financial advice to complete your own due diligence prior to any investing decision.

Requirements of this MEMBERS ONLY Thrive Series CoHort Session:

- You must be a subscribed CIREIA Club member in active status for the duration of the CoHort Session

- You must attend 3 regularly scheduled CIREIA Club events during the CoHort Session (Spark, Growth, or Specialty Events)

Limited to 10 registrants in the Freshman class series registration closes January 10, 2026!

3rd Thursday Fireside Chat with The Butlers - Growth Series (April 16, 2026)

What to Expect for The Night:

Introductions and Contact Exchange (6:00-6:25 PM)
Open Discussion of Host Selected Topic (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM):
- This Growth Series if kept open from a specific talking point to allow for members to dig deeper into our SPARK Meeting topic of the month.
- Bring your burning questions, a warm beverage of your choice, and a notebook.
- This group will have diverse discussion topics and may change on the night of the event dependent on attendee needs.
